Desired Profile and Skills
- Strongly motivated by humanitarian work
- Able to work under pressure in a potentially dangerous environment
- Solid experience in humanitarian project management
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in project representation and negotiation
- Computer proficiency
- Advanced studies in Public Health (MPH)
- Degree in Project Management and/or Public Health and/or other training of interest for humanitarian program, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in humanitarian actions
- Working experience in Africa in development/long term projects (e.g. bilateral cooperation)
- Knowledge of tropical health, child health
Your Assets
- Bachelor in Medicine or Nursing (for Nursing, Degree course of minimum 3 years)
- Registered physician or nurse with a valid license to practice in his/her own country of residence
- French, Arabic, Spanish or Russian, as a second language, with good verbal and written communication skills
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Previous experience(s) within the Red Cross & Red Crescent movement
